Christmas

Today was the BEST day ever!
It was Christmas, and I woke up super early because I was so excited.
The first thing I did was run to the Christmas tree.
Guess what? Santa came!
There were so many presents under the tree, and the stockings were full, too!

I woke up Mommy, Daddy, and my sister, and we all opened presents together.
I got a new toy car, a LEGO set, and a big teddy bear. My sister got a doll that talks!
It was so fun to see everyone happy.

After that, we had a yummy breakfast.
Mommy made pancakes shaped like Christmas trees, and we had hot chocolate with marshmallows.
It was so good!

In the afternoon, we played games and watched a Christmas movie. My favorite part was when Daddy helped me build my LEGO car. It was tricky, but we did it!

At dinner, we ate turkey, mashed potatoes, and lots of other delicious food.
We also had a cake with a Santa face on it.
Everyone laughed and told funny stories.
I felt really happy to be with my family.

Before bed, we sat by the fireplace and sang Christmas songs.
I love “Jingle Bells”!
Then Mommy read me a bedtime story about Santa and his reindeer.

I feel so thankful for my family and all the fun we had today.
I can’t wait for next Christmas!
